Where is Pearlington?

Pearlington, MS is at the mouth of the Pearl River, right near the Mississippi-Louisiana line, and only a few miles inland from the Gulf Coast.Located between Waveland, Mississippi and Slidell, Louisiana, Pearlington is about forty miles from New Orleans.Pearlington was in the immediate path of Katrina. It, along with Waveland and Bay St. Loiuse, have been called ground zero for hurricane damage.
